2. The Service
AI Reality Check provides assessments of how artificial intelligence may impact a given job or skill set and, for a fee, a full report. The results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not professional career, legal, financial, or employment advice. You should not make career decisions based solely on our assessment.
3. Paid report
After purchase, you receive a one-time digital unlock of the full report. Access is provided digitally; no physical product is shipped.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content, results, and branding belong to us. You may share your personal result card for non-commercial purposes, provided you do not remove or alter our branding.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Site or its reports, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any assessment result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on its results.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
