We read your answers back to you.

No corporate wellness filter. No productivity gospel. No AI replacing you overnight. Just a mirror — held up to the answers you already gave.

Why this exists

Career advice got soft. Every app wants to coach you, optimize you, or upsell you into a course. We built AI Reality Check because what most people actually need is simpler: someone to tell them what their own answers already mean.

WorkBTI is a workplace-archetype test with 22 types, built on the patterns we all recognize: quiet quitting, coffee badging, rage applying, burnout, the Sunday scaries, AI anxiety, ghost jobs, dry promotions.

The free result card names your type. The $4.99 full report reads your answers back in four parts: what you already knew, the story your answers were telling, the fork ahead, and your next move.

Education = educere

The Latin root means "to draw out" — not to stuff information in. We don't tell you who to become. We draw out what you already know.

We never tell you "something's wrong with you." We look at the fit between you and the work around you.

What this is — and isn't

We're honest about the boundaries.

WorkBTI is a self-awareness and entertainment tool, not a clinical assessment, career counseling service, or job guarantee. The report is generated from your answers using a transparent scoring system — not a black-box AI diagnosis. We don't collect or sell your data. We don't track you across the web. We just hold up the mirror.

Is it "scientifically validated"? No — and we won't pretend it is. The 22 archetypes are real workplace phenomena with real cultural roots (quiet quitting, burnout, the Sunday scaries…), not psychometric constructs. The 15 questions are a mirror, not a ruler: they don't measure you, they draw out what you already feel. And the report shows you exactly which of your answers led to your result — so you can judge it for yourself, instead of taking our word for it.

Where the 22 types come from

Every archetype has a real root — a workplace phenomenon that already has a name in the culture, or a concept organizational psychology has been studying for years. We didn't invent these; we organized them.
